1. Our games
The Signal does not collect personal data. It has no account or sign-in, and it contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services.
- Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. We cannot see or access them.
- The game does not need an internet connection to play.
- If your phone's Android backup is turned on, Android may back up the game's save to your Google account. That backup is handled by Google under your account settings, not by us.
- When you download the game from Google Play, Google processes data under its own privacy policy.
If a future version adds any service that handles personal data, we will update this policy and the store listing before that version is released.
2. This website
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and its fonts and images are served from our own server. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and the page requested) for a short period to keep the service secure and running.
3. When you e-mail us
If you write to us, we receive your e-mail address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to help you, and we delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.
4. Job applicants
When you apply, we process the information you send us (such as your CV, portfolio and contact details) only to assess your application and contact you about it. We do not share it with third parties.
If we do not hire you, we keep your application for up to 12 months so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Write to careers@atlstudios.com at any time to have it deleted.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK, or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to its use. Contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
